The Studio Meld Way
01 Design Dialect
We begin by meeting with you to understand your needs, lifestyle, and what you want for your new space. During this week, we’ll visit your site to take measurements and photos, and then create a detailed project brief to make sure we’re all on the same page. We’ll also set up a dedicated WhatsApp group so you can easily stay in touch with our team.
02 Design Development
We transform your ideas into reality by studying your land and its natural elements. We design floor plans and furniture layouts to ensure your space works perfectly. Finally, we create realistic 3D images of the exterior and interior, letting you see the final result before construction starts.
03 Construction Documents
Once the design is set, we create a detailed instruction manual for the project. We produce technical drawings and a complete list of materials and costs. This ensures the builders have a clear guide and helps keep your project on budget and on track.
04 Construction Management
We stay involved during construction to oversee the work and ensure everything follows the plan. We visit the site at key moments and help you select the best materials. This ensures the final quality matches the original vision for your home.
05 Handover
When construction ends, we do a final walkthrough and a professional photoshoot. We provide you with a final set of drawings for your records, ensuring you have everything needed to move in and enjoy your new home.
